Peter
A. Facione, Ph.D.
Dr. Peter “Pete” Facione is Measured Reasons' Lead
Consultant with more than twenty years of experience. He is
a senior associate and strategist with Stratus-Heery, a higher
education consulting firm based in Los Angeles. Prior to that
his academic career included service as university provost,
dean, department chair and faculty member at private and public
universities. In 1999 he was the national chairperson of the
American Conference of Academic Deans. Dr. Facione has authored
over 125 books, articles, educational testing tools, leadership
cases studies, and essays on higher
education budgeting and governance. He is a frequent keynote
speaker, invited presenter, workshop facilitator, and leadership
